Augustine has 34 years of hands on experience as an HR professional. During these 34 years he has handled all the 21 HR processes. This book is thus a practitioner’s book. During the 34 years of his career he worked for Excel Industries, Crompton Greaves, Dodsal, Onida and Deepak Fertilizers.

Augustine is an Alumni of XLRI both at the post-graduation level and at doctoral level as a fellow of XLRI and HRD academy.

Augustine is associated and involved with Sri Balaji University for various academic and admission processes.

Augustine’s first book, ‘Transforming a ‘B’ School to take it to the top’ has been received well in the market place. Augustine, who lived in Mumbai and in Pune for about 37 years, now lives in his farm in Mysore – Karnataka.
