About the Author

Augustine has 34 years of hands on experience as an HR professional. During these 34 years he has handled all the 21 HR processes. This book is thus a practitioner’s book. During the 34 years of his career he worked for Excel Industries, Crompton Greaves, Dodsal, Onida and Deepak Fertilizers.

His consultancy experience of 3 years has given him a deep insight in to how differently HR function is manged in different organizations. It is during his consultancy years he has realized the need for a book like this to manage HR function in a process driven manner than person driven.
